Daali aims to bring produce from Barani (rain fed) areas. This produce is grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers and chemical pesticides.

Milling
All milling takes place on stone mills which are running on slow speed. The idea is to keep the nutrients intact in the grains which are otherwise depleted in high speed milling. All our oils are pressed on wooden ‘KOHLUS’ which ensures that they are 100% cold pressed.

We use environmental friendly corrugated boxes made with unbleached paper, glass bottles etc. Plastic is only used where we have no other alternative.
